x/take — Take
The zero-rate marketplace settlement policy; validator transaction fees remain separate.
What it does
Inside x/take
The take module governs marketplace-settlement policy. Under the proposed economics, its marketplace commission is 0%, so escrow settles the agreed lease amount to the provider without a platform deduction.
This does not remove transaction fees: low validator fees apply to on-chain messages and compensate the validating network. They are proposed at approximately 90% below standard network transaction fees.
Why it exists
The design rationale
A protocol needs sustainable revenue tied to genuine usage. A transparent, governed take on settled payments is the cleanest such mechanism: visible to every participant, proportional to real economic activity, and changeable only by stakeholder vote.
